Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SowerStack (“we,” “us”) provides online courses and related materials for ministers and creators. By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address so we can give you access to what you purchase.

3. Purchases and access

Single-course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license with lifetime access to that course. All-Access is a recurring annual membership that unlocks every course while it remains active. The church license grants a limited number of seats as described at purchase. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and grant access automatically when the course launches.

4. Refunds

If a course is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund. Specific refund terms for memberships and church licenses are described at the point of sale.

5. Acceptable use

Course content is for your own use. You may not share login access, resell, or redistribute the materials except as permitted by a church or group license.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the email address and name you provide, your course progress and notes, and the payment details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe.

2. How we use it

We use your information to give you access to your courses, track your progress, process payments, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional email about new courses. We will not email you anything else until you ask.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run the product — our hosting, database, and payment processor — and only as needed to operate it. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your choices

You can update your details, export your notes, or delete your account by contacting support. You can unsubscribe from email at any time.
